Dear Shankaranand, Kudos for the efforts taken to attempt the answer! The intro to the answer is good. The stand that the registry might not be helpful can be made a little balanced. May be you can have the points that only the convicted should be included in the registry and the juvenile should be protected etc. Present both the sides in your stand. Your presentation is good, but work on highlighting key words. Also ensure to write more points in an answer.
