Please explain the difference about status about right to vote and Right to property

Right to vote and to be elected in India are constitutional rights in PANCHAYAT election.. Rajabala Vs haryana govt.  Case Supreme Court asserted. ..

NCERT POLITY 11th class mentions specifically that right to vote and getting elected is a constitutional right. Second, all fundamental duties have to be within legal contours of any law. Thus they are in correlation to legal duties. Lastly, phytore mediation can destroy lead and cadmium completely and readily under specifically given circumstances like low heavy metal concentration and high absorbing capacity of the plant. Thus ,ready and complete destruction of heavy metals is possible through bio remediation. Since the concerned question mentions " can" , hence the statement concerned is true.

Right to vote and right to contest are both legal rights. Simple example lalu yadav can not vote or contest any election right now due to disqualification under representation of peoples act.

Yeah in relation to fundamental duties question. Statement 1 is wrong as it there is no explicit legislative procedure mentioned in constitution for fundamental duties but when comes to second sentence they are corelative with legal duties as some of them have been made law.

Phytoremediation is by plants and not by microorganisms but the question in second statement specifically mentions microorganisms and not plants

To change anything in right to vote, a constitutional amendment is required..Like 61st CAA 1989, which lowered the voting age from 21 to 18..And that's how it's a constitutional right...Use ven diagram bro..
