its a good answer, few points can be added. meaning of lone wolf: a lone wolf is a self radicalized terrorist who doesn't belong to any terrorist organisation and doesn't receive any financial and logistical support. A lone wolf is encouraged to 'do it yourself' terrorist activity. For ex: IS has encouraged people to carry out terrorist activity wherever they belong and not necessary to be in Syria or Iraq to be part of IS. STEPS TO NEUTRALIZE: 1) formation of extremism counselling hotline 2) deradicalization step through professional help 3) community outreach channel programme 4) teaching all religious texts in schools.
