Cabinet Mission Plan, 1946

  • In March 1946, Lord Attlee sent a Cabinet Mission to India consisting of three Cabinet Ministers, namely Lord Pethick Lawrence, Sir Stafford Cripps, and Mr A.V. Alexander.
